Sales Associate
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to complement our Estate Agency team covering Gloucestershire/Worcestershire/Warwickshire.
The successful candidate will have existing sales experience within residential property and join a thriving business with the potential to assist the growth of the business and progress to a more senior role.
Key responsibilities
- To maintain, forge and develop relationships with customers
- To manage the end to end sales process including negotiation and sales progression
- Winning instructions
- Ensuring relationships with clients and customers are maintained to a high standard
Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Associate
- Essential experience in property sales
- Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
